Identification and contact

What Kanviu is
Kanviu is a multiplatform player that helps organize and play sources supplied by the user. Features may vary by version, device and service status.
What Kanviu does not provide
Kanviu does not provide, sell, verify, license or distribute third-party channels, lists, subscriptions or audiovisual content. It does not guarantee the availability, legality, accuracy, quality or continuity of an external source. You are responsible for being authorized to access and play your sources.
Permitted use and security
Use the site and app lawfully and respect intellectual-property, privacy and security rights. Do not introduce malicious code, access third-party systems, interfere with the service, abuse automated requests or distribute unlawful or unauthorized content.
Sources, credentials and data
URLs, credentials and files you connect come from you and your providers. Check that you are authorized to use them, and never share credentials with third parties or include them in support messages unless Kanviu requests them through a secure channel.
Availability, changes and intellectual property
Kanviu may change, suspend or remove features for maintenance, security, product development or legal requirements. The Kanviu brand, design, interface, code, text and documentation belong to their owners or are used with permission.
Liability and governing law
You use Kanviu at your own responsibility and must maintain your devices, connections and sources authorized. To the extent permitted by law, Kanviu is not responsible for interruptions or damage caused by external sources, user configuration or unauthorized use. Applicable mandatory law governs the relationship.
