Privacy
How we handle your data.
Controller and contact
The controller of the website and service is Kanviu. For privacy questions, rights requests or support, contact soporte@kanviu.com.
Data we may process
We may process information included in a support request, technical and security data needed to deliver and protect the website, language and privacy preferences, and data required for a future account or device-linking feature when enabled. Do not submit passwords, source credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
Purposes
We use data to operate the site, respond to requests, diagnose issues, protect infrastructure, remember language and privacy choices, comply with law and, where applicable, manage an account or contractual relationship. We do not sell data or use it to create advertising profiles.
Legal bases
Basic service and support rely on requested service or pre-contractual measures; security and fraud prevention rely on Kanviu’s legitimate interests; non-essential technologies and marketing communications require consent; legal compliance relies on the applicable obligation. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior processing.
Recipients and international transfers
Service providers for hosting, infrastructure, security, email and support may process data under instructions and appropriate contracts. Where processing occurs outside the EEA, Kanviu will use a valid transfer mechanism and safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention and rights
We keep each type of data only as long as needed for its purpose and then for applicable limitation periods where required. You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, withdraw consent, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or another competent authority. Contact soporte@kanviu.com.
Security, children and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no Internet service is risk-free. The site is not directed to children unable to consent under applicable law. This policy is reviewed when the service, providers or law changes. Last updated: 4 September 2026.
